Fresh Tasty Valentine
I can’t believe today is the final day of #FreshTastyValentine – once again Cam put together an amazing event. I had so much fun experimenting with hemp seeds and saucing things up with T. Lish as well as using new toys from Kitchen IQ, Envy Apples, and Casabella. From a delicious Thai Corn Soup:
to an Apple Cake that apparently resembles an asteroid:
and the Popovers, Brussel Sprouts, and Pasta in between it was a fantastic week. I know my valentine enjoyed getting to taste all of this delicious dishes – and can only imagine yours will as well. No Valentine? Just means you get to bake your cake and eat it all! Just add a bottle (or two) of Woodbridge Wine and you are set for a fantastic date.
Big thanks again to all the bloggers and sponsors who made this fantastic even possible:

Not Ketchup was created by Erika Kerekes who also writes the kitchen blog In Erika’s Kitchen. She shares: “When we think of ketchup, we think tomatoes. But it hasn’t
always been that way. The first ketchups were actually made several centuries
ago from pickled, fermented fish in China, Malaysia and Indonesia.” Not Ketchup got its name because the United States has bizarre regulations about what can be labeled as ‘ketchup.’ Since Not Ketchup does not contain
any tomatoes, according to the powers that be, it’s Not Ketchup. Not Ketchup is providing one #FreshTastyValentines winner with a bottle of their NEW No-Sugar Added Tangerine Hatch Chile fruit ketchup. Keep an eye out for event recipes that feature the newest flavor of Not Ketchup!
